WEEKLY NEWS ROUND UP FOR AUGUST 4, 2023

This should come as no surprise, but “The Trump Indictment Stinks; Let Me Count the Ways.”  A good read!  But I’ll go further and say this indictment is dangerous.  It effectively attempts to criminalize free speech in general and political opposition in particular.

“Female tennis association president quits after” Transwoman allowed to compete in female category of the Governor’s Cup tournament.”  It’s a good start.  Now women need to boycott playing in female sports that allow transwomen to compete and everyone needs to stop going as spectators.

Biden’s war on the press:  “More than 440 reporters lose press passes after White House changes requirements.

Sue them into oblivion:  Oregon university clinic bans patient after she criticized trans flag.  Marlene Barbera, a cancer patient whose general practitioner is located at OHSU has been banned from the clinic because she made a disfavored comment about a Pride flag in the waiting room.  OHSU is a state actor and needs to be dragged legally and morally.

This will make arresting criminals easier:  University of Colorado Boulder’s “police to cease reference to race, ‘perceived gender’ of unidentified suspects, to be ‘inclusive’.

Bud Light just answered the question of “What happens when you hire a VP of Marketing from Brooklyn, NY and a San Fransisco marketing agency?”  You lose almost $400 million in a quarter.

There are old pilots, and there are stupid pilots, but there are no stupid old pilots:  “Video emerges of father drinking bottle of beer while his 11-year-old son flies their private plane.”  Unfortunately, the plane crashed, and both the father and son died.  The mother reportedly committed suicide as a result.  At this time, it is unknown whether the child was piloting the plane the day it crashed.

It’s a good start, but I’ll believe it when I see it is the rule and not the exception:  Several universities end legacy admissions after affirmative action ruled unconstitutional.

This is why we can’t have nice things: “YouTuber Kai Cenat is CHARGED with inciting a riot by NYPD for PS5 giveaway which erupted in violence at Union Square.”

Sexually assaulting any child – male or female – is abhorrent.  For people in a position of authority and trust is, well I have no words, nor do I have any sympathy for the teacher because of her age.   “Female teacher Anne Nelson-Koch, 74, faces SIX HUNDRED years behind bars after repeatedly sexually assaulting 14-year-old boy.”

It’s fun virtual signaling to claim to be a “sanctuary city” until you know, illegal immigrants actually show up.  The disaster of New York City and illegal immigrants

More white supremacy:  “woman rings doorbell and threatens to ‘BLOW UP’ home after quizzing man about being a Republican.”  His crime?  He had Fourth of July decorations on his lawn.

Assistant Attorney General Smith may have opened Panora’s Box.  Central to the indictment against Trump are the fraud charges.  One of the elements of proving fraud is that the prosecutor must prove the Defendants knew the statements he made were false.  That means Smith has opened the door for Trump to litigate in a criminal court whether there was “voter fraud” in the 2020 elections.  Grab your popcorn…

I’ll believe it’s an emergency when those claiming it’s an emergency start acting like it’s an emergency!  John Kerry, private jets, climate change and farming.
